1) How to Shop at our Store?
Our products are categorised according to common search preferences. You may choose to shop via Pre Order, In Stock or Promotion products, Series (Anime, Comics, Games), Product Categories (GK Statues, Figures, Ichiban Kuji, TCGs etc) or Brand Manufacturers found at their respective sub categories.
2) How to Order (Pre Order/ In Stock)?
For Pre Order Products, choose either Deposit or Full Payment.
Those who opt for Deposit Payment, kindly make payment of the Deposit amount and you will be required to make the Balance Payment once you are notified from us at a later date. Thereafter, look forward to your product shipping & arrival.
Those who opt for Full Payment, there is no further steps to be taken and look forward to the notification from us on product shipping & arrival.
For In Stock Products, Full Payment is required upfront once your order is confirmed. Thereafter, no further steps are needed and look forward to the notification from us on product shipping & arrival.
3) What is the Currency of the listed product ?
All product price listed on our store and default currency accepted are in Singapore Dollar (SGD).
4) Does the listed price include Shipping & Delivery to my doorstep?
Free Shipping & Delivery is applicable to Singapore customers only.
For our International Customers, do take note that the shipping fee for all other countries outside Singapore is Chargeable and EXCLUDED from the listed price. We will contact our international customers to quote you the Shipping fees when your order is ready to be shipped. Do take note that you may be subjected to import taxes, customs duties, or fees and it is your sole responsibility to bear for all import taxes, customs duties or fees charged by the destination country.
5) Are the products listed Genuine?
Yes, all our products listed are 100% Original and Authentic. We do not work with any manufacturers/Distributors/Studios that produce Bootleg or Recast products.
6) Is Order Cancellation (Pre-Order/ In-Stock) allowed?
Pre Order Products: All deposit paid is strictly NON-REFUNDABLE. There will only be refunds processed if the Manufacturer/ Distributor/Studio has confirmed the cancellation of the production. If Manufacturer/Distributor/ Studio has confirmed delays in production & fulfilment, there will be NO REFUND for all the payments (Deposit Payment/ Balance Payment/ Full Payment) made.
In Stock Products: Strictly NON-REFUNDABLE once order is confirmed.
If your order is cancelled due to the following conditions: 1) Out of Stock, 2) Order cancelled by Us or Manufacturer/Distributor/Studio. You will be REFUNDED the amount due accordingly.
7) What happens if I received a Defect/ Damaged item?
In the event of any defect/ damage to your product, please contact us and submit a Clear & Concise Description of the defect/damage with Evidence (Videos & Pictures) of the defect/ damaged product within 48 hours upon receipt of your order. We will raise your issue to our Manufacturer/Distributor/ Studio/ Logistics Company for investigation and assistance on the solution to resolve your issue.
